A lovely looking place, I thought I was in for a treat ! The lamb kofta was packed out with fries to help compensate for the complete lack of meat in there. They also threw in some very old slimy lettuce too. Thanks but no thanks
On arrival, it was quiet. The place is clean and nicely set out. The breakfast menu had some good choices. We had the Full English breakfast and a bacon sausage and mushroom sandwich with a latte. (Please see photos attached) The coffee was very nice. The service was fairly quick, and the waiter was polite. It was well presented, and the food was decent. Compared to other places I've been to, it wasn't amazing, but it was more than good enough. They aren't very giving with the butter, though, so don't be afraid to ask for more. I think this place is more on the expensive side. Would come here again.
Delighted to have this restaurant/cafe recommended to us. We received good service, nice, food served quickly. We had the halloumi starter. My friend was amazed at the size of the breaded Halloumi and chunky chips. Table red wine was nice. The mains were very tasty. Price was good - we took advantage of the early bird deal. Good wholesome food😀
We regularly visit after the local Parkrun. The staff are very friendly and welcoming the breakfast food is excellent can highly recommend this restaurant. Although not local to us we plan a return evening visit
Great food, and always good service. The seabass rustica on the specials board was gorgeous and big seabass fillets. Great Latte, always served hot and actually tastes of coffee and not just milk like some other cafés.
