Really disappointed. Used to be a huge fan, absolutely my favourite take out place. Super let down by the new changes - ingredients and portions are significant lower quality, and there was no care put into it. The wonderful food I used to look forward to is just completely different and gone. A massive shame.
Ordered burger and chips, both were so spoiled and stinky. Specially the patties smelled off. Just had a bite and felt sick!!! Avoid…
Waited over an hour for food and it was disappointing to say the least. Ordered the ‘garlic shroom burger’ meal with fries and some mozzarella sticks and it came cold and damp. Burger had raw mushrooms and no garlic sauce. It was pretty much broken and not wrapped properly. The fries were not cooked properly and mostly hard and cold. The best part about it was the drink which was literally a can. Don’t bother wasting your time here for overpriced disgusting food.
I have been a huge fan of this establishment for many years. The other day I went in for my usual bacon galore chicken burger to find the menu and ingredients had completely changed due to the business coming under new ownership. Everything is now halal, and I tried the halal ham galore chicken burger which had an extremely soggy bun, unappetising plastic cheese and the chicken was slimy and tasted funny. I overheard the cooks while they were making it say to "just defrost that and put it back in" (🚩🚩🚩) What a shame - sorry but I just don't understand the point of acquiring a business where staple menu items were bacon and hotdogs if you're going to attempt to recreate the menu like that...
i placed an order on their website and when i checked out it said i had to wait for them to accept my order and if they didn’t id get an email within 5 minutes. fast forward 5 mins i haven’t got an email and its still saying the same thing so i proceed to ring them, no response so i tried again, no response. i go to cancel my order but i can’t there’s no option to cancel it so i ring again. no answer. don’t understand the point of having a number to call when they don’t answer it and the website is rubbish not being able to cancel your order or know if it’s on the way is stupid. don’t recommend ordering from here.
