I’ve been a regular here for the past two years, and ever since they introduced their loaded fries about a year ago, I’ve been hooked. Hands down the best in the whole city — absolutely worth every bite, packed with generous toppings. Honestly, everything I’ve tried has been spot on. Some of my go-to favourites: Zinga Burger Peri Peri Strips Meal Rice Box Meal Nacho Burger Consistent quality, great flavour, and unbeatable value. Solid 10/10 across the board.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed an order and waited over two hours with no food delivered. During this time, I repeatedly tried to call the restaurant for more than 20 minutes, but they either ignored my calls or rejected them outright. There was zero communication, zero accountability, and zero customer care. To make things worse, the order was never cancelled, and on Just Eat it was falsely marked as “delivered” even though no food ever arrived. This is completely dishonest and misleading. After I contacted Just Eat and they reached out to the restaurant, the restaurant eventually contacted me, but the experience only got worse. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I raised a complaint, instead of apologising, they said “well, we’re busy” and that they “couldn’t contact you to tell you we don’t deliver the food” — then hung up the phone on me. I was left hungry, frustrated, and treated with complete disrespect. This is by far one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money, or basic customer service, avoid this place at all costs.
Recently visited HFC Hyde park and could honestly say the experience was amazing. The food was 10/10 would highly recommend The staff member Nile was top notch!! food served quick aswell no long wait times
I recently visited HFC on Roundhay Road and ordered the full grilled chicken—it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and flavour-packed exterior. What really stood out was their special sauce—so tasty and unique, it took the meal to the next level.
Ordered a family bucket for the first time and the chicken pieces were oily and soggy. The second time I got the family bucket, I showed him pictures of the soggy chicken and he apologised. However, when I opened the chicken box it was full of oil. I am never ordering anything this meal again. The burgers are good but I would not recommend the chicken pieces.
