I paid for a crispy burger meal (expecting a normal fillet burger) instead I got one of them processed chicken burgers you can buy frozen from a continental superstore. The mayo is also a store bought, Heera brand, cheap mayo. For £7 I wasn't expecting such poor cheap low quality. Disappointing. Also they charge extra if you eat in like a fancy restaurant lmao The staff is nice and friendly but this burger place is just a fancy marketing show.

Tasty halal takeaway with great value! Mahmoods is one of our go-to spots for a satisfying meal. Everything on the menu is 100% halal, which is a huge plus! We’ve tried a bit of everything, pizza, chicken fillets, chips (French fries), sundaes, and especially the quarter pounder burger, which is always spot on. The food is consistently fresh and flavourful. We always order takeaway, and it’s such a reliable choice for lunch or dinner. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and variety they offer, burgers, wraps, pitas, pizzas, and more. Great for anyone looking for tasty halal comfort food at a fair price. I tried the crispy burger at Mahmood today, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and very satisfying. What impressed me the most was the affordable pricing without compromising on quality. The overall experience was amazing, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great taste at a great price. Definitely worth 5 stars

this year I discovered the best fast food. Every time I go back to the UK I will come here. The fries are the best. better than the one at the mec I highly recommend the garlic bread and cheese. Love you guys😇😇 “signature “boss” 😂😂

HAIRS in food. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a few items off uber eats. A fillet O fish burger meal, a kunafa cake, chilli cheese bites and one piece chicken. Order arrived and first thing I opened up was the chicken piece which had a HAIR embedded into the coating. I instantly felt sick and called Mahmoods. Firstly they had acted like they did nothing wrong, no apology, they just told me ''Go through Uber eats, if its an issue they will let us know, its nothing to do with us '', and they hung up. I was appalled by the customer service. It seemed like they were used to customers calling up about finding a HAIR in the chicken. I ended up throwing the whole meal away which had costed me around £28.00. I was sick even thinking that how did this place pass food hygiene standards. I tried the Kunafa cake which also had old stale kunafa toppings and I could tell it was sat there for ages. I wont ever be ordering from here, rude staff, and unhygienic food.
