Met some great staff and customers in here. 10/10 food was amazing I had a spicy Korean burger and peri peri fries the Mrs had a cheese burger both were delicious and we both said best burger we'd ever had. Well done guys awesome experience all round.

The food is consistently fresh, but the service is what really sets it apart. ​Staff Shout-out: A huge thank you to Muhammad Asim. He is doing a great job—professional, incredibly helpful with the menu, and ensures everything is served hot and on time. His friendly attitude makes a big difference during a busy shift. ​The Food: The Chick ‘N’ Rice box remains the gold standard here. Perfectly grilled chicken with just the right amount of spice. ​Verdict: Great food, but even better service thanks to Asim.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD AND BEHAVIOUR. They serve spicy kids meals although we just asked plain chicken strips, I can’t even eat the food that’s how spicy it was. They don’t mention on the menu. Keep away from them. They don’t even refund the money , spoke to us very rude.i said “try the food it is spicy , this cannot be plain as it is” they said without trying” this is how it is marinated from the factory “to not to give money back. This is absolutely gross how they run the business. We will take the issue to Health and safety department. Just be careful with those cowboys. They are reckless and so rude. I don’t think this place is hygienic either. They do not give a dam about customers, disgraceful business for Headingley. Refrain from eating Pepes piri piri…

I came today and ordered 3 veggie meal, But when i came inside I waited in front of till 10-15mins , there's a lady on the till she even saw me but didn't even said anything to me like "i am busy please wait 2mins or something like that" i said 2-3 times "excuse me - excuse me" but they ignorin the customers and just attending online orders then i thought they only accept online orders but when i asked her you only do online orders she still ignores idk why they all delaying the orders, but i got Litt frustrated cs i was literally standing there 10-15mins I asked her that is there any staff on the till or not , she Said no only me i am coming then she came and took the order, they literally took 20-25mins for meal order, the restaurant was unhygienic table was dirty they didn't even cleaned the table , even i asked for extra empty tray cs there was 3 meal not adjusting in a single tray and that empty tray which she gave me was also dirty with oil and chicken pieces they didn't even cleaned the trays , then the lady on the till i saw her she went outside to smoke , smoking is fine but when she came inside she didn't even washed her hands adn starting serving customers again and packing theirs food with same dirty hands , i just ordered a burger meal and there was a Rice pieces on the tray idk how its even possible I just ordered simple burgers meals. Oil was old we can feel the taste of bad oil from fries 🍟 fries taste bad a bitter taste while eating. And i ordered a extra dips and they are Also half empty. The staff was all asian , even i am Asian but they didn't even maintain the hygiene, the lady she was literally smoking and didn't even washed her hands and again went inside the till and started packing foods from same dirty hands. If a manager is seeing reviews please maintain the restaurant properly sir/mam.

The Menu's are not updated. Even the Meal deal option is not appropriate. The staff is unable to explain the meal deal options and later when asked about it they are like we didn't said that earlier. Right after ordering a loaded meal and waiting for 10-15 minutes I got my order and just had 3 to 4 bites of the loaded fried and I found a hair in it.
