Food was superb, my 10 year old never had a BBQ pizza in his life and absolutely loved it, devoured it😁 Selection of drinks is actually really good from wine to soft drinks. But what really really stands out is the service. Big shout out to M for taking such good care of us. Nothing was too much, my son took forever to finish his dinner 😂 but we never felt rushed, super comfortable and welcoming! 10/10 !
What an ambassador for Pizza Express....I have been visiting this brand for over 30 years in various parts of the country and M...you absolutely smashed the service! M and Millie were the stars of the show for us,Troy played his part as well. Felt like one of those interactive immersive plays that the audience was very much a part of!!! M's wit and humour made my daughter's surprise pre birthday celebrations a hit. She made everyone at the table feel like we were family and the only table in the restaurant. What a legend!!! We look forward to going back when we visit our daughter again. M is special,keep hold of that pot of gold Pizza Express. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️ We even got a photo opportunity 🥳🥳🥳
We visited PizzaExpress Headingley and were extremely dissatisfied with the level of service. Upon being seated, my girlfriend and I waited approximately 20 minutes without being asked if we would like any drinks. We then politely asked the waiter to check us in so that we could place our order online, but after an additional 10 minutes this still had not been done. Overall, the service was very poor, and the excessive waiting times were unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this location if you expect timely service.
Edit: More suitable compensation? You didnt offer us anything! We ordered Lasagna and Pizza Romana. The lasagna had a choke hazard in it, a metal object and pizza romana was thicker than a classic. We didn’t get anything in terms of compensation and situation was handled poorly. What a joke, was for my mums birthday as well which I came all the way from London for.
Fantastic service! Very welcoming, attentive and although the funghi di bosco wasn’t on the menu, the team made this happen! My friend and I made it to gold level on the loyalty rewards and they celebrated with us that we made it! Cannot recommend this Pizza Express enough!
