Recently used this car park after driving around the area, which I was unfamiliar with, in a panic because I was trying to get to an appointment. Found this easier than any other car park Iād googled. They had available spaces and extended staying time and accepted cash rather than having to use a website or app for parking. Plus the pricing was very reasonable for a parking facility close to the centre. Should I find myself in Headingley again, I will most certainly park on St Anneās Thank you
AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Fined even though we paid for parking for time we were there. Appealed with proof of receipt but they said because receipt didn't have car registration on it they would still fine, but would reduce cost to Ā£20 instead of Ā£100. Seems they just fine everyone and hope people don't have proof of car park ticket. Keep your ticket and expect a fine, be prepared to appeal it with proof of parking ticket. Absolute robbers!! It also appears the owners reply to each review and ask information, but there is no way to reply to them... owner of St Annes can you provide an email address? Then people can reply to your questions.
Simply awful do not recommend this car park! Pay machine wouldnāt accept car reg. Tried phoning the number but nobody answered. Tried downloading parking app to pay. All of this took 13mins. They sent a fine due to not paying within 10mins. Parking Enforcement use bullying tactics with fine. I appealed and won my case but some of statement they presented was incorrect. And they only comment on parts and ignore the obvious parts of your plea. Absolutely dreadful to deal with. Do yourself a favour and park elsewhere. Local businesses will loose out as I shall not return.
Paid for parking via RingGo. Got a fine through. Appealed it with proof of parking and heard nothing back. A month later sent another letter saying I now owe Ā£100 or will proceed with debt recovery/court proceedings ?? No number to ring or email address to contact. AVOID !!
I didnāt even āparkā - we were travelling through Leeds to our overnight accommodation and got lost so pulled in to look at map and spent some time phoning our accommodation. We did not pull into a space as we were not stopping. We stayed in the vehicle while we sorted out directions - then turned round and left again. We have just received a Ā£60 fine.
