I experienced very poor service. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that I would receive a callback, but I was never contacted.
Asked them to do my tax return, signed an agreement, rung nearly everyday for 3 weeks asking the receptionist if they have an answer to weather they are doing my tax return or not to which they just keep saying he hasn’t got back to me. So I’ve got a fine from HMRC and had to find another accountant to do this for me. Terrible service.
If you need an accountant, I would highly recommend Haroon. Been using him for over 10 years, keep up the good work.
