After hours on the phone with head office, experiencing very poor customer service I walked into the Bramley branch to see a member of staff helping people before she had a chance to take her coat off and start her shift. I don't know this ladies name but you are worth your weight in gold 🥇 helping people with of care and empathy like they were your own family. You are an absolute credit to Halifax and you deserve to be recognised! You said you would sort my issue, and you did without fuss.
terrible opening times and they are changing it again now shortly i have heard from staff just to wind up customers probably.You can't be served at the counters for most things and also told NOT asked to use pay point machine. Some staff I will try to avoid if possible as in not very helpful they forget it's your money with them not the other way around the bramley Halifax today may as well close down which it will in time anyway.
