Auto Mine

Recently purchased an E class coupe from these guys and to be totally honest couldn’t be more pleased with the car and the way I was dealt with and after care since. When I purchased the car there was a minor issue with the rear electrics ( bad earth ) common fault apparently I discovered after reading Mercedes blogs on it. The guys got car back in and sorted ASAP, car then developed fault on DPF sensor. The guys had the car back in and flushed the DPF and also fitted a new sensor. Both Neil and Chris a big thanks for the car and after care. Would highly recommend anyone to give these guys a look, and certainly couldn’t fault the guys on the price of the car. At least £1200 cheaper than cars of same age from other dealers and private sales. Again guys thank you and will certainly be in touch again for mobile servicing etc.

Highly recommended this dealership! Went to view a car and it loved it at first sight, i had some difficulties with getting finance and they stuck by me and did what they could do as they seen how much I admired the car, even took of the forecourt for me but under some circumstances I couldn't follow it through. The lads was really helpful and polite think I'll miss not getting a car from there but not dealing with them tbf.

Bought an X5 having travelled a long distance. Auto mine agreed to get a few bits done including fog light bulb & two damaged bits at the front. After buying car after just over a week took it to BMW to get a rear air shock replaced. Whilst there BMW informed me the front spring was broken and had been for a while, the fog light bulb which was not replaced as agreed could not be fixed as bulb holder was corroded, the engine was leaking oil. I found a previous bill from the year before in the service book stating there was an oil leak which needs attention and I also had to get the front resprayed again where the damage had been repaired as the lacquer was peeling off. Cost me over £1200 in total. Auto mine also provided a brand new MOT I was informed by BMW car should not have passed. I sent two emails to Auto mine explaining this asking for their comments, however there was no reply. Don't normally write reviews but feel agrieved and ripped off.

went to look a 14plate insignia for 4grand wow just wow a wouldnt of even paid a grand for it all cars very shabby very deceiving pics on the website wasted an hour of my day shop around guys a lot better cars around for the same price.
