Adam and Theo were complete professionals and I couldn't ask for two lovelier people to show up and clean my home. When quoting Adam was really responsive and polite. During the cleaning process they were approachable, respectful, super friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly as agreed and within 3hours my bedroom, landing and living room carpets as well as two side chairs and my sofa were pristine again, like new and smelling fresh. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Superb!
City Cleaners helped restore my dusty Persian rug in record time! Adam picked it up on a Friday and dropped it off on a Monday and it was immaculate. The colours are much brighter and it feels so soft to the touch... They did a fab job. Great value, great results!! Thank you.
Brilliant service! Very pleased with the results. We had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned and they have come up like new. And smell wonderful. Clean and tidy worker. Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend and would definitely use this company again - excellent!
Adam was the man for the job and he did it very professionally to an excellent standard. He is friendly and even offered me tips to ensure the carpet is not so dirty in future. Will gladly recommend and look for him again in a year's time.
I had a fantastic experience with The City Cleaners! I first spoke with Adam, who was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged for Keith to come out within two days for a deep clean of our entire house. We had a lot of pet stains, and they did an amazing job. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the materials used and offer great advice. The results were outstanding—our carpets look immaculate! I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future.
