I have worked with Ryan for the best part of a year now at Headingley Chiropractor. Ryan has been excellent during this time working through my various injuries and has really helped to reduce or remove the pain I have been having. Some of the symptoms have been tricky for me to identify on my own, but Ryan has given various exercises and techniques to isolate and identify issues and help me improve. Thank you Ryan!

I came to Headingley Chiropractic Clinic after struggling with serious back problems for years. It got to the point where I couldn’t even manage basic everyday things. After a series of regular sessions, I can finally function normally again. Oliver really brought me back to life🙂 He’s professional, super attentive, highly skilled – and on top of that, just a really lovely person. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and gives great tips to help with recovery at home. I also met Sarah – she’s fantastic. So warm and friendly, and really knows her stuff. She explained exactly how to do the exercises at home to help me build strength. They work really well as a team and always keep each other in the loop, which makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve made a huge difference in my life.

Mark is great!! He's not only excellent at what he does but he's also a thoroughly good person. He's friendly, approachable, listens very carefully, professional, genuinely cares about his patients and I always know I'm in completely safe hands. Some people think that chiropractors means clicking and cracking but the first time I met Mark I asked him was it possible to fix my back without the cracking and he was happy to go with what I felt I needed whilst magically fixing me. ..... And when I was fixed .... Wow!! I realise that until I met Mark that I had been putting up with pain for years without knowing. I thought that's just how it was, it was my normal and i just got on with things. After seeing Mark I felt so much lighter and brighter It's been 20 years since I first saw Mark and during that time I've lived abroad for many years but what a relief to be living back in the area when my back went recently. From not being able to stand to being able to walk pain free in only a few sessions. Money absolutely well spent. Thank you to Mark and his team for all your help. I cannot recommend them more highly.
