If you have a evri parcel which is more than hand sized, expect resistance from the the staff. I have tried dropping off parcels that are larger (50cm) and they simply won't take them. They claim the driver won't take it as only has a small van (not what is seen on the picture) and tell you to take it to Moortown Tesco one. Useless and very unhelpful staff. Avoid where possible.
Got turned down when I tried to drop off a parcel tonight for EVRI. Guy behind the counter said my box was too big and that the EVRI driver will not pick it up and I was best getting a refund and ordering a collection instead. I left and decided to try the next one which was Tesco. They accepted and processed my parcel with a smile! I won't use this shop every again!
Accidentally posted about another Stainbeck shop! They are great good service
