We had a fantastic experience with Hans (Orthodontist) and Bobby (Nurse). They were always very polite, kind and professional. They clearly always went above and beyond even at the busiest times. I always appreciated how well we were treated, the details provided and how well we kept up to date. I called Smile Clinic today and enquired about my son’s missed referral, instead of worries and stress it turns into a positive outcome because Lily one of their staff member adviced and supported me with all my questions and queries. She is very professional and she gave me a clear explanation on what is going to happend next, she even make it easy for us to get an appointment as quick as possible to bring back my son from the list. Receptionist was extremely disrespectful, even when I addressed how rude she was, she still ruined my appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their poor service

My daughter summer has finished her course now with her braces she’s thrilled with the results she has a lovely straight smile now after her teeth were quite uneven. dr hans was always very helpful in explaining her aftercare and what he wanted her to do with caring for her braces and teeth, the building is clean and staff are friendly would definitely recommend.
