I’ve been a really nervous dental patient since I was a child due to the dentist I had then not believing I was still in pain despite being anaesthetised. So when I learned that I needed an extraction I freaked out. However, Bunwi promised me that she had heard my concerns and most importantly that she would look after me. She really followed through with that promise and even when the first shot of anaesthetic when in I barely felt a thing. She talked to me the whole way through and even made me laugh at one point. I can hand on heart say that she is the best dentist I have ever had. I wasn’t just a number in her surgery. I was a person with real fear. A fear she heard, dealt with compassionately and went a long way to reduce. If like me she is your dentist hang onto her because she’s a rare gem.
