Royale Dry Cleaning

The service is great, very friendly staff, well priced and the clothes are always in good nick when they return. We've had issues previously with a mobile dry cleaner in Leeds, they lost clothes, ruined them, the owner was very argumentative - Royale have been a breath of fresh air!

Absolutely love this place! Brought my husband's suit there couple of times. It was super dirty every time and it came out as new! Some stains did not come off from the first attempt then the staff offered me to re-clean it for no extra charge to achieve the desired result! They are also always very polite to me and the prices are good. Definitely recommend this place!

Member of staff was so rude, he broke the zip but then accused me of doing it when I had literally just left the shop and jumped in the taxi then gone back within 10 minutes. Rather than trying to amend the situation he shouted at me and kicked me out the shop. The website claims tthat.... "Upon receipt, we will contact you in order to discuss your comments and endeavour to resolve matters to your complete satisfaction." This could not be more un true... Definitley stick to using Johnsons from now on.

Absolutely disgusting experience, called the launderette regarding work and the language I was subjected to from the minute the phone was answered was absolutely disgusting, if I had of been a paying customer I would have been appalled to have been spoken to in the manner which I was. I would strongly recommend a course on manners and also good vocabulary would not go a miss.

Absolutely disgusting members of staff. I never experienced an employee from any company show such bad manners, the use of foul language towards another person is not acceptable. I'd recommend not using this company.
