I used Manning Stainton in Headingley to purchase a house last year and was very happy with their service. Charlotte Poutney was my agent and she was very helpful and easily contactable throughout the process. My purchase had various complications and delays beyond our control but this was significantly helped by Charlotte being persistent with the problems and regaularly updating me. The goody bag when picking up the keys was a lovely little surprise too. Would use Manning Stainton again if/when I move somewhere else!
