I’ve been to Princess Garages a few times and think they’re great! Everyone who works there is lovely and they take the time to explain things to you clearly even when they’re really busy. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, they make me feel comfortable and I trust them, which is very important to me. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you :)

Best garage in leeds by far. Always trust them with my car, the prices are fair and I love how they talk you through their decision making rather than just telling you a price. Everytime they’ve been quick to get me in and they’re so knowledgeable!!!

I've used this garage a number of times and the level of customer service they show is absolutely unbelievable. Jason and the rest of the staff really go the extra mile to keep you informed with everything they do and offer helpful advice whenever they can. I can't praise them enough and they would always be the first garage I think of in the future.

Brought my "new to me" car to them for a battery change that Halfords said was specialist. Helped me out massively and fully inspected my car whilst they had it. Helped me deal with a scam salesman and even offered a courtesy follow up call. 10/10 service!

Amazing customer service. Needed a last minute seatbelt replacement after I was let down by the vendors. Jason was able to recommend someone who came and sorted it the same day for a quarter of the price! Incredibly helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend Princess Garage!
