My mother is yet to have her initial consultation, but I was impressed with the types of services available at Sozo and the patient-centred care they offer. My mum has suffered with knee arthritis for a few years and she is being pushed into knee surgery as the “only option”. In all this time she was not even seen by an orthopaedic doctor on the NHS. However, within a few days of contacting Sozo they reviewed my mum’s detailed medical history and their surgeon offered me a complimentary call (on Christmas Eve) to explain what would be the best course of action. For the first time my mum feels “heard” and my concerns that her problem goes beyond a straightforward knee issue are being considered. I’m so happy that her case is finally being looked at holistically and a full MSK assessment will help to help to detect any other underlying issues.
I cannot recommend Sam enough! 7 weeks from seeing Sam for my broken wrist, Sam completed the surgery & has given me mobility back! He was always on hand to give advice where needed and his knowledge and confidence made the surgery relaxed enough for me to remain awake, supporting a speedier recovery. For anybody looking for a specialist they can trust to help them recover from an injury - then Sam is the only person to call! Thank you Sam, I appreciate everything!

Amazing, all the staff are very professional and friendly and they kept me well informed through the whole treatment process (Laser wart removal). Also a nice and modern facility. Would recommend great service.
I strongly reccomend Dr Sam at Sozo Clinic. Sam is friendly, knowledgeable and communicates fast which is exactly what I was looking for. I went for a wrist issue something with the tendons which as a NHS Biomedical Scientist isn't ideal and he advised me on what to do. I got diagnosed correctly after a wrong diagnosis at NHS.
