Amazing service! Lovely lady with blonde hair really helped me. Can see very busy and was even accommodating of a late requests from other people for same day service with almost 1 hour left before closing- I would recommend a cut off for same day as people’s expectations and demands are not fair on a small business. So much appreciation for this lady and all staff here.

Got the job done, but the lady staffing the self-service machines was rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked for help as the dryer had swallowed my coins. In the future, I would rather drive elsewhere just to avoid the cold shoulder and sour expressions.

I recently went to the laundry room, this was my second visit. It wasn't very busy. We managed to wash our items and during that time the Owner appeared from the back with her dog which started sniffing around. This took me by surprise as I have never witnessed a dog in a launderette. I left to go to the shop and within that time she told my friend who was startled by the dog that if he didn't like dogs not to come back as it is a dog friendly launderette,as she walked away with her dog.This took me by surprise as most launderettes I have been to do not allow dogs or food as a rule for obvious reasons some people may be afraid of dogs or allergic. It is a very small area and on taking my cloths out of the dryer I nearly stood back onto the dogs tail. After my friend told me what was said I asked her if there was a problem to which she replied that it was her launderette and its dog friendly and there are other launderettes that we can go to. As a business owner I concluded that her attitude towards us was very unprofessional and rude.simply because of our slight fear of dogs.

A friend took my duck feather kingsize mattress topper to be washed and when it was collected they had put a single one in my bag there is no contact number to call them I do not live local I’m not sure how it’s managed to be mixed up when there’s a big difference to a single and kingsize! I will be taking the single back and if mine isn’t there will definitely be looking to seek compensation
