Called on a Saturdays I had locked my self out. Discussed everything clearly on the phone. He came to me within 30 mins and opened my door no problem. I called round a quite a few different lock smiths in the Leeds area before confirming and by far the best price I found.

Old upvc front door lock was working with door open but not closed. Phoned Andy at Home Secure Leeds. Here within an hour with no call out charge. Identified the problem immediately. Both glass panes out and frames repacked and reassembled within an hour. Replaced the non snap-proof lock with one top of the range. No fitting charge as he was already here. All work guaranteed for a year and the new lock with a ten year warranty. £145 very well spent on a fixed door now with top security. And what a nice man.
