Butcher Hill Post Office

I used this post office a few times recently, and I was a bit worried considering the previous negative reviews. However, the service here was surprisingly fantastic and staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Anna. She always gives best customer service and advice, even during bank holiday, shop was open and staff managed to help. I trusted them with my important posts and all were sent and delivered on time. I highly recommend this shop and their post service, thanks to Anna!

Rude lady at post office counter rejected my parcel yesterday and shouted at the courier he was just doing his job. He kindly got in touch with me and delivered my parcel to me directly. The lady knows I have a walking stick unable to walk increase risk of falls. She’s rude to all customers another teacher had the same experience as I was in the post office. Basic skills required customer service and how to be helpful to all public. Rejecting my parcels when they are able to hold over 1 week give false information to public.

Always a delight to visit this post office. The staff are always informative towards anything that's not been done right and needs correcting enabling things to go smoothly when dealing with letters and parcels... I would recommend this post office to anyone.

The woman behind the post office desk is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She's very angry and prefers to use her phone rather than help customers. It's clear she's unhappy, I hope one day she finds happiness.
