Queenswood Post Office

Honestly the most disgusting service I have ever received. On maps, evri app and website and also every online source I could find, to be told the parcel service closes at 8 I get in at 7:30 to post my parcel and am told I can’t it closed at 7:30 so I show my sources and what time it does actually close and if there would be anyway to just try the parcel this for some reason led to a lot of shouting from the man and when I explained I would just like him to try as it’s late at night and dark and I needed the parcel posting for funds for a taxi only to be told ‘probably be good if someone taught you a lesson’ which I dread to think what he even meant by that saying it a young woman walking alone at night, am just in shock and disgust at this comment like genuinely taken aback I just left, I have used this shop before and had no issues but I won’t be back

i have sent two parcels and they lost them. When i went there they said they dispatched them but on the tracking it kept on saying waiting for sender.Please use headingley post office those guys are sneaky

Lost a very important and valuable parcel of mine. Also gave the wrong advice as to the correct method to send the parcel. Meaning we are now going through post office complaints to deal with it and claim it back. Not sure what happened to our lost parcel as it was tracked, but it supposedly never left the shop so i'm suspicious something dodgy is going on with these missing items... I would use a different post office as its just not worth it.

Useless. This is the second time I’ve dropped off a parcel for Amazon returns and it’s not been picked up by parcel force. It’s been 1 week and according to parcel force they still haven’t received it. Highly unusual and suspicious, I fear my parcel has been lost by queenswood post office. A terrible service. I won’t be using them again. How do I make an official complaint?

Dishonest staff. On 3 separate occasions, they have overcharged me for posting parcels. They say they are using second class, but will use deliberately use first class or a signed for service, and charge you extra but then keep it quiet. When I have raised it with them, they say it was a mistake that they don't know how to reverse it. It is my belief that this is a complete lie and they are stealing from their customers in small amounts. Check your receipts carefully if you shop here, or better, just take your business elsewhere!
