13 years ago I bought my property and used Horrocks and Co. 13 years later I returned to sell my property this year. Stuart and his team are fantastic. Efficient is an understatement. There were no delays during the conveyancing process from my side as a seller. I would highly recommend Stuart and even better I found out Horrocks and Co are not limited to the Leeds area. My next purchase of a property will be with Stuart. Thank you endlessly. I am awaiting a response from this rude one man band solicitor whose response to my estate agent was " if you would stop pestering me I would be much further on with my clients conveyance " no urgency whatsoever! Likely to cost us a sale. Avoid at all costs!!!
