Love this shop! The staff and volunteers work very hard, are polite and helpful, and there's some great bargains. I've picked up some lovely tops from here. They have some new goods in from time to time as well! It's also nearby lots of other charity shops on Otley road so it's a great area to go on a charity shop hunt!

I adpre this shop because of the friendly staff and good value deals- I gor loads of stuff to go on holiday with recently and for next to nothing! Adds so much value to Otley Road madness

I picked up a fur gilet marked £8, but at checkout, the staff member looked at me and said, “No..no this shouldn’t be £8… more like £12,” saying I should feel “lucky.” Then a coworker said “Unless she wants to pay a bit more?”. It made me feel uncomfortable and if I wasn’t a student, I don’t think I would’ve been spoken to like that. It didn’t feel very welcoming or professional, which is a shame because the clothes are lovely! :(

This is a lovely store and very appreciative of donations. I don't agree with giving them a poor review for not being able to open when they are short staffed.
