The selection of red wine is shockingly poor, as is the range of Charcuterie which totals Zero. These tiny Tesco's need to focus on red wine, Charcuterie and good continental cheese. This branch fails all round. If you're shopping late you don't want a meal, you want a treat

Shocking customer service from the lady with the beanie. I was queuing for the self checkouts which were painfully slow, and was then told by another man to go to the checkout being operated by this lady. She scanned my items and then rudely asked if I had a club card and she scanned it, and then I tapped my card on the reader which clearly stated the price, however the lady stated “you have to give me chance” - and then apologised as she knew it was her mistake. Also won’t forget to mention the blatant racism that I see in this store on a daily basis, as those who aren’t white are severely mistreated and regularly shouted at for apparently blocking the aisles when all the lady has to do is kindly excuse herself and ask them to move out of the way. Won’t be returning again.

today after my gp appointment in leeds student medical practice, i went to this store, i am dwelling in to thoughts regarding my health with headphones on, i totally forgot basket with tesco items and i walked out and then realised i was with basket and back to pay for my things, staff really humiliated me. which was very bad. if i want to theft i wouldn’t go with basket and come back to pay. I’m club card holder and regular customer to tesco in roundhay, a moment i felt like they are racists with sarcasm with their intuition on faces. very bad customer service

Normally I visit the store in the morning for some quick shopping before work, and was ok with card payments (two card machines actually didn’t work properly and had to insert the card for payments yesterday). However, I went in today with only a £50 note but was asked to spend at least £25 to use it! (I called customer service afterwards and the gentleman who answered the call immediately apologised and said there was no such policy!!) After some ‘discussions’ and the guy found some change for me and was said ‘ you’re lucky’ which apparently they do have some changes for me. I was trying to explain the reason but he said it wasn’t his problem without me finishing it. I said I understand they might not have enough change and even thank him in the end but making up a fake policy is definitely not the way how to handle it! So well clearly no customer service there and definitely won’t be visiting again. Very disappointed.

Its great location to call in for a top up shop, however the car park is quite small and it doesn't help that the security staff (who are not disabled) think they do nothing wrong parking there car in the 1 and only Disabled parking space. I have a disability and can rarely get parked close enough. Its a disgrace that they are allowed to do this. I have politely asked them not to but they still do.
