The £5 minimum spend in this shop is not the shop's fault....its the council, they have insisted it is attached as a condition to the alcohol licence. If you want to buy alcohol you must spend a minimum of £5 on other goods.....Its because of the idiots walking around drinking in the street and residents complaining... and so they should....its not nice living around drunk people.
Everything is overpriced, the £5 minimum is what makes me want to walk another 5 mins down to the sainsuburys tbh. The cashier is super friendly but overall i gave it 3 stars because of pricing and the minimum card charge. Especially being in a student friendly neighbourhood
Since the old boss man stopped working there gone downhill, staff ain’t as nice or friendly looking miserable. £3 for a lighter but when I want cigarettes I need ID. Yeah don’t bother coming here. If it’s 3am go to the other 24hr shop because this ones a scam.
Although you get almost every thing here, it’s all over priced. The place is sometimes surrounded by dodgy people. There is parking on the street in front and is close to headingley taps, the post office and sainsburys so unless these are closed not very advisable to go here particularly when it gets dark. But you get some good snacks to have with pre drinks lol
Usually good but disappointing on this occasion. A gentleman dropped a 10 pack on my shoe and the shopkeeper became very annoyed at myself for this situation. He told me to leave the shop which was infuriating considering I was the victim in this brutal attack. My air Max’s are fine thanks for asking
