I want to give a big thank you to Daniel for helping me with my laptop! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and quick to solve the issue and told me what to do . I thought I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy J5 and needed unlocking. They had a look and checked and confirmed it didn't need unlocking and my problem was the sim card. Very helpful and didn't charge me :-)
