My cute 4 month old Cockapoo puppy came back from her first groomming session, fluffy, neat and tidy and smelling like dream after being seen by the lovely Amy ! She reassured us and was very informative regarding the procedure. Many Thanks ! We will definitely book again. 🐾🐶

Great experience with nail trim! My Frenchie is very anxious when getting his nails trimmed and normally the results on other groom rooms haven’t been great but, we went last week as walk in and the lady with pink hair was an absolute star! She handled Pablo really well, trimmed his nails very neatly so, we would definitely recommend it and will be making this our permanent place.

Very disappointed! I booked my puppy in for her first groom a month ago. I got a confirmation email to say the appointment had been book and that I may receive a call to take a deposit! I did not receive a call. We showed up all excited for our puppies first groom to be told the appointment had been cancelled because they sent me a TEXT on the 28th to ask for a deposit! I never received a text or a call! Either their system is flawed or they opted to take a full price dog groom over my 50% off voucher puppy groom. What a waste of time I will be taking my dog to a local groomer in future

I am ecstatic with the results. I had an overgrown extremely anxious cockerpoo and the staff were fabulous with her and have done a great job she looks fantastic. Thank you so much.
