Messaged Hussain on WhatsApp thanks to a message on the shop door. He got back to me very quick and was very determined to fix my Nintendo switch! He was very respectful and asked for my consent to keep it a little longer just to figure it out. He managed to find the tiny problem, fix another and exchanged a controller for £20 in the same colour (I have a rare colour switch so the attention to detail was nice). The cost of the whole thing was a lot less than I anticipated as well. Thank you :)

If I could rate this guy a 0 I really would. Went in there to get my iPhone battery changed. Phone was perfectly fine no issues except for the battery overheating. I got my phone back with a broken screen. I asked him what happened but he couldn’t give me a straight and clear answer. He would ramble on about things that weren’t relevant. I then had to pay him to replace the screen. He claims that the screen broke because it wasn’t an ‘original screen’, baring in mind I brought the phone from Apple myself so I knew he was talking absolute rubbish. He replaced my screen and it was AWFUL! Literally couldn’t use it. It would just freeze out of nowhere, it would jump around, you couldn’t get onto any of the apps as the calibration was way off and wouldn’t let me click them or even swipe to answer the phone . Went back to him the next day and he told me I need a factory reset. I did just that and it didn’t change anything. Went to apple to ask them to authorise that the phone is a genuine apple product and they did. At this point I knew this dude was dodgey. It felt like Because I’m quite young and female, he could take liberties. I went back to him with proof that it’s a genuine screen and his response was “oh, I missed that”. This guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and when you question him, he gets really defensive which comes across really rude. I asked to come back and give him his screen back but he said he isn’t free until 6:30pm…. His website says that he closes at 5:30pm. He knew that I wasn’t going to be in Leeds for a while which is why he said this as he didn’t want to deal with the situation . Eventually, I went to another shop outside of Leeds and they fixed the issue. They said the screen was rubbish and that he most likely broke it if it was fine when I brought it in. Obviously this was infuriating but I couldn’t be bothered to dispute this with the man so I just asked for a refund and he gave me the money back. How this man owns his own shop I do not know but he needs to get shut down. Should have read the reviews before coming as there was a lady with a similar issue who brought her laptop in and then got it back with a dodgey screen also.

I never write reviews but my experience with this shop was so bad I felt compelled to. This guy is a complete charlatan. He took my laptop for 2 months to repair a broken screen. After pestering him constantly I finally got it back only to discover the original fault was still there as soon as I logged on. He then offered to take it back in for “testing” and kept it a further 3 weeks. This was my work laptop so unfortunately I had to go purchase a brand new one. He then returned my laptop saying his testing has shown it was fine. When I sent him multiple videos clearly displaying the faulty screen he then refused to refund me my £200 for a job he didn’t complete. Do not use this service it’s a complete rip off!

Ignorant and arrogant🤦🏾‍♂ Took my tablet for a screen change, when i picked it up, there were finger prints marks on the inside of the screen so i asked for them to be removed. When i picked it up the second time, there were smudges on the inside of the screen (an attempt to wipe the finger prints off). Took the tablet back AGAIN and I was told he needed to use a cleaning agent which takes around 12 HOURS to dry😱🤥. 24 hours passed then got a call and was informed it needed a completely new screen... the thing that annoyed me the most was that the guy didn’t seem to care about my concerns and he was happy to speak over me to make his point. I had to bite my tongue to allow him to express his arrogance. The customer service is absolutely appalling if something goes wrong. Moral of the story, use at your own risk and pray that nothing goes wrong because these guys will give you a hard time!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Live very close and happy to support local businesses, but as soon as my friend said he needed to call his parents in Italy to check something, the man in the shop became very frustrated and accused us of wasting his time. Despite the fact we were looking to have several repairs done and as a local business ourselves would have been using him again. He didn't seem to care though, so we left the shop.
