We had an amazing time for my son’s 5th birthday. Everything was handled perfectly and so professionnaly by the staff. Both Ellie and Esme made the difference and made our day stress free. Thank you so much.

The cleanest and safest soft play by far. Food is lovely and plenty to choose from. Staff are literally the nicest humans ever (the biggest shout out to Esme who not only hosted our boys 5th party but has gone above and beyond to cater for our needs for his next party too!) Have visited plenty of play gyms in our time and none of them come close 😊❤️🌈

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A place that lives in our hearts! We live in London, but our family is in Hebden Bridge – and without question, Playtopia Play Centre in Mytholmroyd has become the highlight of every single trip north. I could talk about the food (and honestly, it deserves its own review). It’s the kind of food that feels like it’s been made with love, like you’ve gone back to your family home during the holidays and someone has cooked just to make you feel looked after. I could talk about how spotless and well-kept everything is, or how thoughtfully the space is laid out with different areas for different ages. I could talk about the mascots and characters dancing with the children, creating moments that light their faces up in ways you don’t forget. But the real reason we keep coming back is the staff. Every single one of them. From the smiling faces at the front desk to the people working quietly behind the scenes. You can feel the culture they’ve created here — one built on love, warmth, playfulness and genuine care. They don’t just do their jobs; they pour themselves into making your day special. Our children feel safe, confident and completely at ease around them. They’re always smiling, dancing, laughing, getting involved — gently reminding us adults to leave our insecurities at the door. Because when you step into Playtopia, freedom isn’t just a word… it’s a feeling. I honestly don’t think we’ve ever visited and not seen the staff smiling. They consistently put the needs of others before their own, and while that may be part of the role, the way they embrace it is something truly special. That energy seeps into every child that walks through the doors. This isn’t “just” a play gym. This is a place where children learn. Where they express their feelings. Where creativity, confidence and joy are encouraged — all within a safe, nurturing environment. And it all starts with the people. Playtopia has helped create some of our family’s most precious core memories, and for that, we’ll always be grateful. 💛

We had a lovely visit to the soft play centre. The facilities were clean, well-organised, and perfect for the kids. A special mention to Ruby, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Therepositive attitude really made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent facilities for all ages, very easy to book and the quality of the food is amazing! All of the play area is visible from the seating and being able to order to your table from the website means you never have fo leave your seat! Playtopia is a staple favourite for our children, they make new friends every time we come, the party packages are also great value for money and the kids have a fantastic time. Unlike some local playgyms the facilities(all of them) are always kept in immaculate condition. The staff are also second to none and frequently engage with the kids to make sure they are all ok and having a fab time. This is a great, safe, affordable and welcoming morning/afternoon or even an evening for all of the family to enjoy! Ps. Don't forget to have your loyalty card stamped
