We were looking for a nice place to eat in Hebden Bridge and we found it!! From the minute you enter, staff greet you warmly and inform you how to order and where the menus are. We ordered the mushroom carbonara and it was hands down on of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. 😋 absolutely yummy! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food - couldn't ask for more ❤️
This place is amazing, the place is beautiful, the staff are lovely and accommodating, and even better the food is great too. I was in search in Hebden for a cheese and bean toastie and my friends were looking for other bits and bobs to eat, we found this place and they had ciabatta but I didn’t love the options (especially because I can’t eat meat) but I asked the waitress and she said it was okay to substitute meat for baked beans so I had cheese and beans, I was so happy they accommodated me. The staff were also lovely and I had a good chat with the lady at the till. Very good food, a little expensive but you can definitely see the quality and the work they’ve put into the place.
Excellent food, particularly enjoyed the pork belly starter, caesar salad and the stroganoff pasta and everyone in our party enjoyed their dishes too. Lovely staff, generous portions and good prices. Staff were very patient with our children and extremely helpful. Would recommend!
Absolutely beautiful cafe - lovely warm atmosphere, comfy seats, great view out onto Hebden's main square. Very friendly, accommodating staff who are more than happy to help and chat! Great food too - nice selection of hot food, sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes etc. Very good value too for such a gorgeous place - £28 for two meals and two drinks.
I arrived at the cafe just after it was opened today. I only got 7 minutes to get some food to eat. They patiently helped to order the sandwiches and ran to make them. Generous-size of sandwiches and salads were carefully packed for me to take away. The bread was fresh and soft. The filling was juicy and delicious. It was the best chicken and bacon sandwich that I ever had in the UK. I forgot how generous Yorkshire people were. The sandwiches were bigger than my face. I had one as my Breakfast and lunch and used the other as my dinner.
