It is a truly lovely restaurant. The decor and ambiance are very cosy, the host is warm and welcoming. The food was excellent—beautifully presented and full of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the scallop. I really love the concept of the supper club, where everyone enjoys home-cooked-style meal at the same time. (Much more sophisticated) A place to come back to!

A Truly Exceptional Dining Experience – A Hidden Gem in Hebden Bridge To celebrate a special birthday, my daughter treated me to a meal at Kitchen 91 in Hebden Bridge – and what a memorable experience it was. Tucked away in this beautiful town, Kitchen 91 may be small in size, but it delivers one of the finest dining experiences I’ve had in many years. The restaurant itself is a masterclass in stylish minimalism – white-washed brick walls create a serene, airy feel, while the thoughtfully curated artwork blends contemporary and traditional elements beautifully. The design is subtle yet elegant, setting the perfect backdrop for what was to come. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attention to detail were evident. Matthew, the host, welcomed us personally, instantly making us feel at home. It was clear that nothing was left to chance – every element of our evening had been considered with immense care. The five-course set menu (£57) was astonishing value for money. Each dish showcased the freshest locally sourced ingredients, crafted with skill, imagination, and a deep respect for flavour. Every course felt like a new adventure – a sensory journey that rivalled meals I’ve had in Michelin-starred restaurants, but at a fraction of the price. A heartfelt thank you to Madeleine and the young male waiter (whose name we sadly didn’t catch) for their impeccable service. They talked us through each dish with passion and knowledge, and their warmth made us feel more like friends than guests. We arrived as strangers but left feeling like part of something special. Kitchen 91 is not just a restaurant – it’s an experience, one we’ll be returning to again very soon.

A stunning culinary experience in Hebden Bridge! Atmospheric, intentional, delicate, and beautiful local produce. From the playlist, pottery, art, and delicious set menu everything about this dining experience was a delight. Such a hebden bridge gem and could not recommend enough. Every course left you wanting more in all the right ways. Beautiful flavours and friendly wait staff. Will definitely be back to try the summer menu! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

How lucky Hebden Bridge is to have the wonderful Kitchen 91. Such a special experience. Beautiful surroundings, relaxed attentive service and delicious food beautifully served on crockery made by the hosts! That is certainly attention to detail.
