Foodelicious

My son has had curry's from foodelicious before but he always orders the same curry which he says is ok and cheaper than else where. I thought I would try it for the first time and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken biryani and it came with no sauce, very little vegetables in the rice, no salad. I then tasted it and I had to throw the whole meal away. I've tried many biryanis before and this was the worst yet. My son also didn't like his this time either. I was very disappointed and I won't be eating from foodelicious again.

This recently became my “go-to” for take away locally. Sadly this evenings Special kebab (usually spot on), contained donner meat that smelled off and wasn’t appropriately cooked, I put the meat in the air fryer to see if cooking would resolve the issue, but it still has a distinct “off” smell to it and was definitely stale, couldn’t eat anymore and now feeling a bit uneasy in the stomach….. Sorry guys but you just lost a customer. My review has been reduced due to the lying response, we did not talk on the phone, the donner meat is not made fresh, and I was NOT given a refund. Their response gives me the impression that somebody else actually complained directly to them whereas we did not.

Definitely gone downhill, used to order from here like every other week, now they don't even pick up calls. Says it's open until 4am, doesn't accept calls past 1am, food has also changed in last 5 months, still tasty, but again just put off by the service and wrong hours, on just eat, and Google.

Wish I could give no stars most rude people I’ve ever spoken to. Ordered yesterday my food never came the delivery driver blocked me took a fiver for delivery and the order was £30 no attempt to resolve telling me I’m lying when they went to the wrong address saying it’s my fault for giving wrong address not there’s when I’ve never changed my address😂DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY IT WONT COME honestly the rudest most disrespectful and unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced !!!! Shouldn’t even be open tbh

Orderd from here on thursday night.(26/9/24) We ordred two box meals, I had to tell my sister to stop eating their chicken as it tasted fishy to them, I diddn't try it. Chicken should not taste fishy, my 2nd chicken burger was slimy when chicken should not be slimy, however within 30mins of eating the food I got symtoms of food posioning, we will not be ordering from here again, My sibling's chicken was so dry and inedible. Don't order from here unless you want food posioning within 30mins! I have done level 2 food saftey training in the past so I know how quick food posioning can infect a person. We never finished the meal and was thoroughly disappointed, you've lost our custom! And I'll be telling friends and family to never step foot inside your establishment! Yes you have a 5 star food hygine rating, but expect to loose that!
