A great Chinese family owned take away. It's so lovely to see so many plant based options on the menu. The staff were lovely. We had mock duck chow mein which was delicious.
Fast ,friendly and delicious. Walked in and was met by a lovely lady who took my order and checked it all through. Food was piping hot and portions were huge!!! Food was delicious and I've never seen a sea food chow mein before but I can confirm it's delicious. Nothing was greasy and I highly recommend the vegetable spring rolls they are incredible.
Hands down my favourite Chinese in the area, and we are lucky enough to have several really good ones close by. In the possibly hundreds of meals I've had from JK's in the past decade, the level of quality has been amazing, they are always on their game. Great choice of vegan dishes. Friendly service, and fast, too. I don't know how they can get it so right so consistently, but they do. Well done and thank you for so many superb meals.
I come here very frequently, and I have to say the staff are always friendly the food is always delicious and the value for money is insane. By far the best food in hebden and always my go to.
A truly disappointing meal. The chips were stale and tasted reheated. The prawns were coated in batter that tasted burnt, like they’d been fried in old oil. The satay beef? More like “spot the beef” in a heap of random vegetables. It takes nerve to serve food this poor. They must rely on tourists who won’t be back. I certainly won't be.
