Took a long time to persuade my 5-year old you hadn't had a haircut for a year to get in the chair. A good hour between other customers coming in and getting thiers cut. Ended up with him sitting my lap. Then about 2 mins in went ballistic! The whole time Jack dealt with it in with incredible charm and kindness. When I tried to pay him for his time he wouldn't take the money. Total stand up geezer. Great place. Plus my son loves his human League haircut!

I’m a Texan visiting the area and I made the best decision to get my hair cut by Jack. This guy is seriously a badass, as well as a damned great barber. I have every intention on getting my hair cut by Jack when I come back for the Coronation. This is the place to be y’all. 10/10

Asked to keep length but straighten up , he hacked at it for 5 mins and then charged me £13 for pleasure. Now I have to pay someone else to rectify. Can recommend Nathan’s I thought they’d shut but turns out they’ve just moved.
