I would like to firstly say a MASSIVE thank you to Richard and the staff at Whitaker Stone LTD. After been very much messed around by a Stone Mason not too far away, I had lost all faith in getting what I wanted for my late Father. Richard had been recommended to me and I thought I’d call in on my bike passing. I was immediately made to feel welcome and was put instantly at ease. Richard made me some beautiful grit stone sills and heads to match the ones that had been removed from my Victorian property in the 1980s. I was over the moon when they were delivered. They were aged to match the 140 year old originals. Top craftsmanship. Competitive pricing also.

Had an issue with my property's stonework visited Whitaker Stone and spoke to Phil sent him over some photos and he gave me some honest and valuable advice just what I needed. Has even offered to put me contact with a local builder whom they have contacts with whom they trust. Obviously I'll be returning for supply of any stonework required for the job after receiving such excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble obviously this is why they are a family run business and been in the same business since 1970.
