I have gone here my whole life and I think I will continue to do so. The man I have had is called Richard I belive and he is so friendly and nice. The actual place is also easy to get to and has a nice/calm aura to it. 10/10 would recommend ❤️🩹
Really happy with my experience today at Bupa. The staff are very friendly on reception. The dentist I saw was very informative, honest and comforting. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I felt put at ease immediately. I'm so greatful I chose Bupa Mytholmroyd ✨
Very friendly staff, Richard is a lovely dentist, I have used Bupa Mytholmoyd for many years now (since I was a child), even before Bupa took over the dentist sugery. Very friendly staff on reception. Would reccomend.
A good clean practice. With good parking. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Daisy is a first class dentist as well as being friendly and warm. She explains all treatment well. Also very accommodating and tries hard to make my appointments around my schedule. Twice I have needed emergency treatment for broken teeth and the practice has accommodated me quickly
Stunningly brilliant service from the whole dental team at Mytholmroyd. I have been a patient of theirs for a number of years now and am constantly impressed by the professionalism and caring, sensitive and knowledgeable approach of their dental nurses when I ring up with a concern, and during visits, as well as to the sensitive and caring approach of the dentist I see, Richard. I am drawn to write a review today after experiencing exceptional service prior to and during an appointment for emergency dental care. I have chronic health issues and associated disability and extra support needs in terms of accessing dental care and they could not do enough for me to make everything accessible and a stress free (and even pleasant!) experience. Thank you to Richard (dentist) and to all the team who supported me in today's appointment and the lead up to it, and generally over the years I've been a patient with you.
