He was flexible and adaptable to my time scales, and he took care explaining his marketing strategy and rationale for the valuation of my property. He went above and beyond, continuing to be responsive with any additional questions I had outside of office hours. All in all, really good customer service. He was the only agent to make the point that as a seller, I would be the client of AJT.
