Having recently completed on a sale as a buyer we were impressed with Claire’s professionalism. Claire was excellent in keeping us updated and was very diplomatic in helping to negotiate away some of the inevitable hiccups which arise in a stressful transaction. The further particulars were detailed and accurate which was not always the case with other agents. Claire had a detailed knowledge of the local market and was a pleasure to communicate with.

Another dodgy estate agent. Phoned to book a viewing. Claire told me that she'd get back to me. I told her that I'd sold my property and was ready to move/not in a chain. Claire didn't get bsck to me. I called her again, in which she made an excuse. Maybe she doesn't want to sell to genuine people! Not professional at all.

Excellent service from Claire and Andrew. After months of trouble and poor service with other agencies for searching for our ideal home Claire and Andrew were very efficient and professional when dealing with them. Andrews amazing humour made the process a lot more joyful. Would highly recommend if you're looking for places to use them.
