Price Point Property

I have dealt with price point property over a number of years and I have always found the staff to be extremely professional and to look after the client. Gabbi who runs the company looked after me many times going out of his way to help me to understand the complexities a buying a property. I've had some problems with another estate agent that needed to be sorted out and Gabbi was the only person who was able to provide a solution, which saved me a lot of time and money. 2 years on still waiting. Waiting for my deposit to be returned. Doesn't answer my calls or messages. Not Acting responsibly. Not something I expect from a son of an Ex Hebden bridge councillor. I don't know what else to call this other than a scam.

Have been waiting for a return on a deposit placed since Dec 2021. After numerous attempts at calling and messaging, as well as receiving assurances it will be forthcoming, here I am 4 months later, still waiting. Make what you will of this company, Im only sharing my experience.

It's lovely if you haven't got anything else to do and want to enjoy your coffee outside. We had a little walk, cute little shops.

When we needed to withdraw from a purchase out deposit was refunded without any hassle.
