Rang weeks in advance to ensure work could be done & given firm date, rang day of work to be carried out only to be told could not do work due to heatwave & was put back a week. Rang a week later before setting of & was told okay and left car with him for work. First week went passed & rang on Friday only to be given an excuse about faulty part for another car & told it would be started following Monday. Rang at end of second week & given an excuse about another car being on ramp so work wasn’t started. Was told for definite work would be done following Friday. Rang following Thursday before pick up to be told another excuse, no work had been done, after another lengthy conversation I told him Friday or I’m taking car back. One small job done on my car due to my rant & major jobs not even started. Seemed he preferred other jobs over mine, excuse was “no longer taking big jobs on”, but is happy to strip other cars down, neglected to tell me about not taking work on & should have been more honest with the booking of work. This guy put me back a week & held me up for another 3 weeks with excuses, 3 weeks without a car despite promises is unprofessional & left me feeling angry. This guy is a massive waste of time. Save your money and go elsewhere to get your car serviced, seriously just avoid.

Trustworthy. No nonsense 'do what they say on the tin'. Reliable honest quotes for the work that needs doing. I'll always use this garage even though now I have a bit of a journey to make to get there compared to having previously lived a few hundred yards away

Quite simply, best garage around, Richard knows his stuff and is more than excellent, he's methodical in diognosis which in turn saves time and money as appose to trial and error methods at customers expense, time again he's bailed me out in a sticky situation and for that alone I appreciate, try them....... You won't be dissatisfied *****

Richard is very good at his job & trustworthy. Used his repair & MOT centre for a number of years now, its the second home for my ageing BMW. I always come away with the feeling that I'd got good value for my money.
