I opted for this garage for the first time as my usual garage didn't have the availability I needed and I am so pleased I did. The manager/receptionist kindly squeezed me in short-notice, and I can not be more pleased with the overall service I received. I will definitely be using them again. Sometimes garages can be slightly daunting environments for some, but everyone I spoke to was really friendly and trustworthy and I came away feeling well looked-after.

Booked my Mondeo in for power steering failure. After looking at my car the mechanic explained the problem to me and when he could replace the broken steering. My car is now fixed and perfect. Very happy with the price and the friendly and professional service. I would have no problem using star garage again.🙂

We have taken our car here for over 5 years. They are always friendly and professional. Particularly impressed by their honesty, on a few occasions we have taken the car in with what we think is a problem and it turns out to be something trivial like a loose screw, or even a switch we flicked by accident and didn't realize. Rather than make up some fictitious work to charge us for, they'll charge nothing, or just £10 or £20 if the problem required minor work.

What a team! After being charged an arm and a leg by the Škoda garage, these folks lopped a third off the price, did everything I asked for and sorted a few things I didn’t (no extra charge), then when a component broke a week later replaced it, again no charge. Efficient, practical, friendly and they don’t rip you off. If you live locally stick with Star!
