I have an older door which eventually gave up the ghost lockwise, I was able to get some good advice which saw me through the weekend, and when it wasn't getting any better, Paul popped around at a couple of hours notice and sorted a new lock for me at the right price quoted. Paul is reliable, friendly, knowledgeable about locks and did the job well even though my arrangement in an older house wasn't standard. You can have confidence in Paul's attitude and skills. I managed to lock myself out of my front door, which has both a latch and a bolt mechanism — with my keys still in the lock on the inside. Somehow the key must have been on the very last turn and triggered the lock as the door closed. Even Paul, the locksmith, was amazed this had happened! Paul was fantastic — he arrived quickly, was thoroughly professional, and had me back inside in no time. I can’t thank him enough for his speed, reassurance, and skill. I can highly recommend his services.

Used Pic and Fix when the mechanism on my door decided to break and I couldn’t get in. Gave Paul a ring and he quoted me immediately to get in the door and replace the lock. Was very reasonably priced - I was worried the price would be stupid given you need to get in the house so easy to charge the earth but he doesn’t. He got to my house and immediately knew the lock type and why it’s broken. He didn’t mess around getting the door open and replacing the lock. I really couldn’t recommend him enough. Lovely guy, knowledgeable in his trade and not looking to squeeze as much money as possible out of you.

Mr Overton was totally professional and did the job very quickly. He also came out to deal with our garage door as soon as he could.
