Cannot recommend Rob highly enough! High quality work, excellent customer service and communication. We needed to tidy up our new property ready for rental while living abroad. Rob gave very honest and valuable advice about the work that needed to be done, and acted as a go-between with other contractors who were working on the property. This was so beneficial as we couldn’t see the progress on the property ourselves. He was patient, and able to fit the various jobs around the other contractor’s works in order to get it all done as quickly as possible. Rob was honest and fair about the cost of materials and labour. Everything he did was finished to a high quality, ensuring the house looked fresh and appealing to potential tenants. Rob really went above and beyond and we’re very happy that we found him!

If you want a painter and decorator who is an absolute perfectionist, call Rob. I have honestly never known any other workman who puts as much effort and skill into every job he undertakes. This week he has filled and repainted some small cracks which had appeared suddenly in our bedroom walls (ours is a very old cottage and it moves!), sanded and varnished the floor in our small summerhouse, and stripped and painted the very old lamppost at the bottom of our garden. He is skilled, knowledgeable (what he doesn't know about the different types of paint isn't worth knowing), and takes great pride in his work. He might be a tad more expensive than most decorators but you get what you pay for, don't you? He painted the whole of our cottage about 9 years ago and it is still looking as good as it did then. I cannot recommend him highly enough, I really can't.

It is over eight years now, and four times, that Rob has painted and decorated for us. He has previously worked on the inside and outside of our cottage and we have always been over the moon with his work. The paintwork inside our cottage is as pristine as it was when he came eight years ago, and it will be many more years before it needs doing again. He is a perfectionist of the highest order and goes above and beyond to do a wonderful job. This time it was our shed/summerhouse that needed attention because it was weatherworn and in dire need of a facelift! As usual, Rob was here and working at 7am, and after a few days of sanding, filling, preparing and painting we have what feels like a new shed. We are absolutely thrilled. Rob's work ethic, professionalism, expertise, knowledge and personality ensures that we would never employ anyone but him to do our painting and decorating. Thank you Rob for another first class job!

Just called on Rob for the second time to help us renovate a very tired kitchen with significant issues . Once again he solves the problems that come with owning an old property. Outstanding quality of work with a highly professional finish. Very pleased with the final results. We will definitely be using Rob for any further decorating. Can’t recommend enough.

Rob's excellent decorating skills are completely matched by his lovely personality. He has a first-class work ethic - turns up when he says he will, works really hard through the day taking pride in what he's doing, ensuring that its perfect (even when WE cant see the imperfections with our layperson's eyes) and tidies up after himself when he leaves for the evening. His work is of an extremely high standard. The overall finished look is simply flawless. He does all of this with a smile and a joke and it has been an real pleasure to have him around for the last 10 days. His prices are extremely reasonable and complete value for money. He is incredibly kind too - we had small additional bits - touching up here and there - and he did that with no problems at all. Even the dog loved Rob! I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
