I just witnessed something quite shocking here. The woman behind the counter weighing out the sweets uses her bare hands that she uses to handle parcels and dirty money. I feel sorry for the people eating them after she’s had her hands all over them! I won’t be using this post office again. It was handy and being a new business in the area I could have used it for all our postal requirements. However the woman on the counter thinks she owns Royal Mail and instead of just putting the parcel to one side she weighs it and checks for the exact number then writes something on the parcel itself. If there is extra postage to pay then say so. Don’t just look at the customer like they are a crook and sigh! Good luck keeping your shop with that attitude.
