We've used Benchmark over the past few years for a number of holidays and the service has always been great. This morning was another level from Sarah though, 9:30 on a Sunday supporting us to find an alternative following the Rhodes cancellations. Before COVID we booked the trip of a lifetime via benchmark but sadly it had to be cancelled. Benchmark were brilliant they sorted everything out and we got a full refund. I would highly recommend them and this reinforces our belief that using an agent is well worth the extra cost .

I have used Benchmark Travel several times in recent years, notably to arrange group travel and events for the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons. I took a study group to tour Sri Lanka, another to Austria and, in my year as president, Benchmark arranged the London venue for the society’s national conference. Earlier this month my group of 23 past presidents and partners visited Barcelona, with individual travel arrangements, superb accommodation, fine dining and a local guide all arranged by Roger at Benchmark. For my local Rotary club, Benchmark organises an annual city-break in places such as Istanbul, Bordeaux and Madrid. Every one of these events has been a success and, on the rare occasions when the unexpected happens, Roger has been readily available and very quick to step in and put things right. Benchmark is just as good at organising personalised trips for individuals and couples as larger groups. The most noteworthy thing about all these events has been the combination of high-quality personal service and exceptionally good prices.
