Deliver your papers when they can be bothered, which is not often. Don't bother. Shocking service, surprise it's lasted as long as it has. Shop local they say haha, maybe these need to respect their locals, whom keep them in business. Oh and if your paper hasn't arrived, don't dare to go into the shop to ask about it and collect it. 💣

An unpleasant experience at best, not for the faint-hearted. Unsure what the staff requirements are for the cashiers till but rude and muttering must be a priority. I feel sorry for any visitor or resident of Hebden Bridge that has the unfortunate experience of having to use this shop. (Would rate this a 0 star if possible).

Very very rude staff. Person serving me walked off half way through transaction and never even looked at me.Person stocking papers was also very rude when I tried to pick one to buy. Most shops in Hebden you get a warm hello and a friendly transaction. Not here. An embarrassment to the town. I live locally and would only shop here if desperate. Avoid if at all possible!!

They carry local Little Valley Brewery’s bottled beers – a great find, since I haven’t found it yet being served in local pubs. I noticed quite a few healthfood store type items on the shelves, more than expected for a convenience store. I will shop here more often when I’m in town.

I wasted £10 out of my minimum sick-pay in a taxi (because i can't drive or walk that far due to illness) travelling to this shop that said online it was open until 10:30pm - spoke to management & he didn't care - he just said we choose to close early. Unbelievable!
