Visiting Information

Overgate Charity Shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The shop accepts NFC payments. Please note that while the ground floor is accessible, the upstairs area, housing many smaller vintage items and clothing, currently does not have lift access, which may limit accessibility for some visitors.

Came into here on Sat, some really beautiful furniture, presented lovely, went upstairs and found some very nice dresses. Lots of vintage dinnerware, cups, saucers and handbags too. Could have spend couple of hours in here. Then met 2 lovely ladies in the till. 5* shop and service. Thanku x

The show room downstairs has a selection of furniture. We are happy with the items that we have purchased. Upstairs they have some china and some vinyl records, and books. As far as I recall, there are no lifts. So there is no wheelchair access. Good range of items and friendly staff.

David is a great manager, his creative personality makes the place so interesting and quirky, great finds and everything is well priced unlike some extortionate charity shops, i think this is by far the best charity shop in Hebden Bridge 🤩

Great charity shop, love looking round and sometimes pick up a few items. Prices can be alittle pricey but for a good cause !
