We were looking for a suitable sofa for a small room in an Edwardian house. After many months of searching we found Nook and decided to make a purchase based on the website. We are 100% so pleased with our purchase from ordering to delivery. The workmanship is outstanding and the quality is better than we anticipated. Would highly recommend Nook and would purchase again in the future.

We are so happy with our Nook booth seating. It is beautifully made and looks fantastic in our home. The communication from start to finish was clear, prompt and helpful. The delivery arrangements were great with the driver setting the booth up perfectly as part of the service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered online as I really wanted a curved banquette for my kitchen and lived the style. As made to order I was given an expected time for being ready. And it was. It was then delivered in 3 sections which made delivery easy and assembly was offered but it was simple. It is very comfy and seats 2. Perfect for my room .

Absolutely delighted with the professionalism of this company. Seamless process from start to finish with the end result far surpassing my expectations. The quality of workmanship; the updates during production by James and his production team; and finally the meticulous installation, were all conducted to incredibly high standards and with the customer always at the forefront. It is very rare that you’d ever get the owner of the company ringing you straight after installation enquiring if everything was to satisfaction. That in itself is indicative of a company who is willing to go the extra mile in an age where it would appear that customer service is a dying art.

Bought the Nook dining set , really good build quality and excellent service love it, very happy with delivery and the product. We even asked for some of the fabric to be delivered so we could have stools covered to match the set . This was not only sorted and delivered for a very good price but also a service level i haven't really experienced in the recent memory. 1st class for the whole team at Nook thankyou.
